Pipework

Our experience in pipework allows us to produce welded and bended pipe work runs which we subsequently install on our customers’ premises. Some examples of this work includes:

• Process Pipework
• Water Treatment Pipework
• Coded welding to a wide range of material size and thickness
• Pressure vessel pipework and fabrication
• Stainless steel tank pipework and fabrication

Bending, Rolling and Forming is also an integral part of working with pipes, and at ABT we have lots of experience in shaping all manner and sizes of pipes, in a wide range of materials with differing wall thicknesses.

To give you an indication our maximum pipe sizes for bending are:

• Mild Steel - 50mm diameter with a 3mm wall thickness
• Stainless Steel - 40 mm diameter with a 2 mm wall thickness

Fabricating a part by bending pipes also means that it can be quickly assembled and can become a finished article more easily than, for example, welding parts together.

In addition to mild and stainless steel pipes, we can also bend and weld:
