Machining

As part of our service to our customers we have our own machine shop, kitted out with state of the art machined tools - that means we can make your precision machine components and parts.

These are supported by experienced engineers who are well versed at machining all shapes and sizes of parts -  from simple to complex.

Having this facility in-house, enables us to maintain the necessary standards of workmanship and provide the required turn-around times on machined parts either as part of an overall solution for our customers or as an individual order for machined parts.

Our machine tools include a 5 axis mill turn which enable us to machine complex parts with tight tolerances efficiently and accurately.

All our machine tools use Fanuc Controls allowing our machinists to use the different machines tools with ease, whilst they produce consistently high levels of precision machined parts.
